- Alessandro is a master artist in all aspects of hair design. His passion for the art can be traced way back to the years of his youth, in the big city of Rio de Janeiro of Brazil. The word "voce" in Portuguese means "you." alessandro believes every person is beautiful in his of her own way but the media sets unrealistic standards for us that make us lose the natural beauty we already have. He states, " My job is to find "voce," your own natural beauty and make it shine. By the time you walk out of that door, I want to absorb your own beauty in your own skin and make you feel like a star. Though his years of training and advancement, Alessandro has gained a keen eye in color design and cutting techniques and works as a freelance stylist for various salons and events. He also shares his inspiration and dream with many other aspiring hair dressers through his personal seminars.
